GEF CReW+ project – Advancing Wastewater Management in St. Kitts
As of August 19, 2025, field activities have officially begun for the CReW+ Constructed Wetlands Pilot Project at the green space in Taylor’s Housing. Led by Lands & Surveys, the Department of Environment, and project contractors, this initiative showcases how nature-based solutions like constructed wetlands can:
- Enhance wastewater treatment
- Safeguard public health and the environment
- Strengthen climate resilience in St. Kitts and Nevis
