The Ministry of Environment, Climate Action, and Constituency Empowerment is proud to launch a six-week internship program through the Department of Environment, designed to develop youth into the next generation of environmental stewards.
The ten (10) interns will participate in scheduled activities focused on coastal protection, wildlife conservation, and air quality management, gaining practical experience that will strengthen their skills and contribute directly to advancing sustainability in our communities.
Today, Mr. Eurel Hodge, a Human Resources expert, led an engaging session on Conflict Management and Emotional Intelligence, equipping the interns with essential tools for teamwork, leadership, and community engagement. His guidance helped them navigate challenges, communicate effectively, and lead collaborative conservation efforts.
During the afternoon session, the interns will explore the career opportunities available within the Department of Environment and learn how they can become part of the team.
